Our Mission
Our mission is to provide clients with a viable alternative to conventional investment vehicles by providing them with turnkey investments in multi-family apartment communities. First and foremost, preservation of capital is paramount, followed closely by delivering exceptional returns to our investors. We believe in complete transparency with every deal and are committed to improving the lives or our investors, residents, and our team.
Rodney Miller | Founder & CEO
Rodney is a Texas native currently living and doing business in Oklahoma City. He has owned and operated a wide array of businesses ranging from a chain of medical practices, to a music rehearsal studio and, of course, his current real estate holding company. His real estate business owns and manages over 100 single-family homes, commercial investments, and multi-family properties.
Rodney shares his industry expertise as the author of two books: Who Wants to Be a Real Estate Success Story? and A Beginner’s Guide to Private Lending. He also frequently speaks at local real estate clubs and hosts round-table discussions on topics involving real estate investment.
Rodney has purchased over 185 houses since 2003, during which time he has flipped, rehabbed, lease optioned, and rented just about every level of home and commercial property that you can imagine. Rodney’s portfolio also includes a long history of private lending, purchasing under-performing notes and mortgages, and alternative retirement investing using traditional and Roth IRA structures to purchase real estate.

George Walker | Partner & Board Member
George and his wife embarked on their first real estate investment in 2010, an online auction for a single-family home in Wichita Falls, Texas. Since then they have gone on to purchase, renovate and manage multiple single-family homes and achieved double-digit returns along the way. He has published numerous online articles about multifamily investing. A passion for multifamily investments led him to join the “Brad Sumrok Apartment Investor Mastery” group. Where he is a Lead Sponsor who actively looks for multifamily investments for investors.
Prior to his real estate career, he has been in the Information Technology field for almost 18 years, as a Network Engineer. This demanding career gave him a distinct understanding of mathematics, which he utilizes in underwriting investment properties. He is an expert in multitasking and prioritizing which serves him well in real estate investments, as he is able to handle the multitude of tasks associated with syndicating multifamily investments to investors.
